PranaSpirit Nutrition & Wellness offers a variety of exercise training services to provide a “one-stop shop” for all of your nutrition and exercise needs. We offer a uniquely comprehensive assortment of exercise and nutrition services that will enable you to maximize your results, achieve your goals, and stay healthy for life. 
 
In addition to our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, our fitness experts include an ACE certified personal trainer and IAYT-certified yoga therapist and experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. This team of academically trained professionals ensures a medically sound, evidence-based approach to every client’s nutrition and fitness program.
 

Fitness Services
 

  • Personal Training: one-on-one strength training sessions with our certified personal trainer.   Every session is individualized for your fitness level, goals, and any issues or injuries. You will learn proper exercise form  while receiving a physiologically sound, safe, challenging, and fun workout.

  • Semi-Private Training: personal training sessions for 2 to 4 individuals, also led by our certified personal trainer. Share the benefits of personal training with your friends, family, or coworkers!

  • Group Exercise Classes: group fitness classes led by our certified personal trainer. Classes are tailored to your requests and can include strength training, cardio, bodyweight workouts, TRX, kettlebells, interval training, and more.

  • Pilates: Pilates mat and equipment lessons led by our certified Pilates instructor(s). Private and semi-private (2 to 4 people) lessons offered. Group mat classes at your home or office also available.  Lessons will focus on authentic Pilates exercises designed to strengthen your core, correct imbalances, improve your posture, reduce back pain, and stretch and realign your spine.

  • Fusion Classes: small group exercise classes blending Pilates, strength training, cardio intervals, and yoga. Experience the best of all our services in one class.

  • Individualized Fitness Plans: Our certified personal trainer will assess all components of your fitness - including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and posture - and write you a customized exercise program (for home or the gym) that will help you meet your goals while addressing any imbalances, injuries, or specific needs. Every exercise in your program will be reviewed with 2 in-person personal training sessions. Your plan will be updated every 6-8 weeks to ensure you continue to see results.

  • Monthly Fitness Plans and Nutrition Sessions: Stay on track with BOTH exercise and nutrition! Our certified personal trainer will assess all components of your fitness and write you a customized exercise program (for home or the gym) that will help you meet your goals while addressing any imbalances, injuries, or specific needs. Every exercise in your program will be reviewed with 2 in-person personal training sessions. Your plan will be updated every 4-6 weeks to ensure you continue to see results. Every 4-6 week cycle also includes 1 nutrition session with one of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to ensure that your eating optimizes your workouts and health.

  • Online Health Coaching:  Personalized nutrition and exercise coaching provided virtually. Includes a comprehensive initial assessment, individualized nutrition plan, personalized strength training and cardio exercise programs (for home or the gym), 2 fitness sessions to review all exercises, updates to fitness programs every 6-8 weeks, weekly check-ins to ensure success, and 24/7 support via email, phone, and HIPAA compliant messaging.

  • Nutrition and Exercise Bundle: Bundle nutrition counseling sessions and exercise services of your choice into a package to meet all of your food and fitness needs and optimize results.

  • Educational Workshops: Lectures and interactive presentations on any nutrition, exercise, or health- related topic that can be conducted at your home, office, or studio.

  • Personal Training and Group Exercise Classes take place at Complete Body Health Club, which conveniently offers 3 locations in Manhattan, NY. 

    • 22 West 19th St (between 5th and 6th Avenues), New York, NY.  

    • 301 East 57th St (at 2nd Avenue), New York, NY.

    • 10 Hanover Square (between Pearl and Water Streets), New York, NY.

 

  • Pilates Lessons take place at The Pilates Room, a fully equipped studio conveniently located at 150 West 28th St (at 7th Avenue), 9th floor, New York, NY.

 

  • Fitness sessions and Pilates mat classes may also take place at your home or gym. We can arrange for our personal trainer and Pilates instructor to come to you! (Manhattan only).
