Kayla’s food philosophy is: “All food fits” which means that we should legalize ALL food. There are no good or bad foods… food is food, and all can be nourishing. Those who struggle with disordered eating, negative body image, or obsessive thoughts can and will start to heal their relationship with food and their body using her non-diet approach.
Kayla also utilizes intuitive eating, an approach that helps people gain insight into their body’s natural hunger and satiety cues to develop a healthy relationship with food, mind, body and spirit. She believes that even those clients with deep-seated eating disorders, who have struggled for decades, can recover and become intuitive eaters! She promotes healthy lifestyles for all body shapes and sizes and supports clients with tools to adapt positive beliefs about food and their bodies.
