Ilene Cohen is a yoga teacher offering private and semi-private yoga instruction for pregnant women in New York City. 




Ilene is specialty certified in prenatal yoga through YogaWorks and has taught prenatal yoga in yoga studios and at a local hospital. 


Each session is designed for your specific needs, and may include asanas (yoga poses), gentle stretching, focused breathing, guided body scan meditations, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga.
