I love this recipe - these smoothie bowls are becoming popular and I like that they incorporate many antioxidants, greens, berries plus protein healthy fat and fiber with nuts and chia seeds.
Go ahead and try it! It's refreshing, healthy, and easy to make:
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 (14 oz.) can of coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup coconut water
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons granola
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1-2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2/3 teaspoon chia seeds
Blend spinach, banana, coconut milk, mango, and coconut water in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with raspberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, almonds, and chia seeds.
